had them out to pump my septic tank. Their truck was really small and couldnt pump down my septic tank like other companies in the past. Was charge a second trip for them to finish the job. A friend of mine working at Lackland found them dumping into the sewer system there. I was charged ALOT for them to dispose of my waste properly... not to be dumping their truck in the cover of night down random city streets. Makes me question the integerty of the entire operation.

Thi is in response to customer by the name of purple passion. Pronto Rooter has not pumped a residential septic in over a month. Pronto Rooter's pump truck is large enough to pump out a 2500 commercial grease trap. Please double check company that pumped out that septic tank over 2500 gallons, there is another pumping company that has the first name pronto but second part is different which is not part of Pronto Rooter; as the owner of Pronto Rooter i do not allow my truck to go out at night unless its for one of our preffered commercial customers in which i will be present.

Had a water leak in my home, called several companies but could not get a response. Then I called Pronto Rooter they returned my call and in a short period of time and were out at home pretty quickly. There staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated clearly and what the problem was and were very reasonable in price. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I paid $35 for Pronto to give me an estimate, and REGRET ever calling these people. Very INEXPERIENCED people. I asked them where the plumbing pipes were and they couldn't answer that question. These men know NOTHING about plumbing, my 10 year old boy probably knows more than these individuals. Their Webpage mentions Free camera inspection, and I asked for that and they made a lousy excuse and said couldn't use it. They finally told me the leakage was from both bathrooms/bathtubs, they couldn't say which bathroom. Gave me an estimate of $980 for each bathroom. We called another plumber friend of a friend and he told us where exactly the leakage was coming from and he laughed when we told him how much Pronto was going to charge us. He said he had heard stories about Pronto and said I should have never called them, he said waste of time and money. Honestly you would be wasting your time and money with these people, they are NOT PLUMBERS. Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy.

As the owner and master plumber for Pronto Rooter I would like to respond to unsatisfied customer in this review.Leaks occur many times unexpectedly and sometimes in a distress part of our days. Leaks many times can be visually located, other times special equipment or further testing is necessary which normally a 35 dollar service fee will not cover.Cameras are one of many methods plumbers will use when proper access to pipes are provided. Back to back bathtus typically are revented and have no access to run camera equipment. Price quoted to customer included further testing to pin point a leak inside the walls. Customers are always informed that any service fee charged would be credited toward repair. when hiring any plumber pin pointing any leak or problem is half the job!
