Great service

The cost was worth it, the leak was flooding my house & it was inside the wall. They came right away & found it & fixed it. They even cleaned up the mess I will use them again. hey, I don't even know if the cheaper guy would have honored that price, he never showed up.

I have had service done at my home on several occasions by your technicians. They are by far the most knowledgeable, professional & courteous and personable of all the plumbers who have worked in my home. I will always continue to call your company for my plumbing work.

Rude, Dishonest, and Expensive

We called this company and recieved a quote of 350 dollars to pump our septic tank. We told the company there is already a leak in our yard. As soon as they arrived they were rude. They started in on us. Stating we didn't take care of our septic tank. We have only lived here a few months. He raised his voice several times to my husband without provocation. He said we would have to pay a 1000 or more to him in order to fix the problem. He kept shaking his head and ridiculing us. We asked him to leave, and he tried to demand 105 dollars for just showing up. We refused, called the company and demanded he leave our property. In return, he reported us to the health people, because we have a leak in our septic tank. We were able to fix the whole thing and have the tank pumped for far less than this man quoted. After talking to several people in the area, we were were informed this company has a bad reputation. People told us this company repairs with broken or used equipment and charges customers for new parts. Looks like we dodged a bullet. At least we didn't let them repair our tank. So thank you to this company for being so rude. This alone saved us so much money. WHOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!
