Horrible Customer Service!

This location has the most horrbile customer service and an even worse Manager; Brian. I was a regular at the DeZavala location and NEVER had a problem. The ladies were always very nice and professional. Once I started using the Blanco location, I have never seen such poor service. I had requested the manager call me back many times regarding a ruined garment and never recieved a call. Once I reached him he was very rude and put blame on the customer instead of the employees who had made a mistake. Not once did I recieve an appology or anything. This man does not know how to run a professional business. If you are in the area of Blanco and 1604 I would highly recommend Comet cleaners across the street. The service is great and the prices are much more affordable.

The location on Huebner Rd does an exceptional job. The mgr (Donovan) is excellent--the whole staff is too!
