"Do They Truly Care?"

Is it that they make you believe that they care. Then when they take the case and see that it isnt as big as they think ,they're no longer concerned. How do you feel when the person you believe is most concerned really doesn't care. How do you know they dont care. Let me tell you. When they never call you to inform you what's going on with the case. Or, when you call to find out about the case they treat you like you are a problem. When the Firm you choose, talk to you like you'r you case is manor and they would like for you to stop calling. When they accuse you of not giving them the correct information. When infact you know you did they apparently wasn't listening at the time only thinking of money. Then you find out that oh you could have told us that but its not your fault its a progress that is taking if payment is taking to long. Which is clearly what happen.That's how you know if the Firm you have choosen Truly Care about you or your case. So I guess what i am trying to say make sure you find out all you can about the firm before you put you'r care in they're hand.Don't let a smile and a concerned face fool you, because that could be all that it is, a look.
