Don't Trust Them

The last time I had to my house they try to fix my heater. They replaced the thermocouple at $150 dollars then try to get $80 more from my wife for a power cord. A week later it broke again. They replaced it again at no charge. It work for two more months. I ended up doing it myself. Termocouple $8, power cord $12 and the gas vavle $60. In the past they have overlook broken AC ducts,left wires on the AC unit disconnect. They have talk on their cell phones while on the job. If you do use them watch them carefully. You will see what I me.

Beyer came to my home and spent an hour in the attic, and told me they had to disconnect my heater because it was unsafe. I had not called them to come; another family member did and I was fearful of what might happen. I knew the heater was not unsafe and I told them they had no right to disconnect me and demanded they put it back in working operation. I could never get the heater to work again. I had another employee come out, subsequently, and was told 'off-the-record because he could get fired' that my heater was not unsafe and it was completely within reasonable working condition. It is older, a central heater, but still is not posing a threat. I told this to Beyer and they never responded to my calls. The only transaction the original service tech wanted was to sell me a complete new system. Shop around - be wise!
